After the birth of your baby we can help undo muscular imbalances as a result of the different postures endured whilst breast feeding, carrying and lifting your baby in and out of the cot and car seat.
It is also an effective treatment to relieve general aches and pains associated with lack of sleep and exhaustion.

Specialised pregnancy cushions are on hand so that you will feel comfortable, supported and relaxed right up until the birth of your baby.
